高邮湖鱼类多样性特征研究

摘要
为了解高邮湖鱼类物种多样性组成及群落结构特征,通过野外采集法和市场调查法,于2019年在该湖泊设置20个点位进行夏季和秋季两轮调查,分析了鱼类种群现状和群落结构.调查发现,高邮湖鱼类33种,隶属5目12科26属,定居性、中上层、杂食性鱼类为优势类群.高邮湖鱼类由4个区系类群组成,以中国平原区系复合体居多.夏季的鱼类Shannon-Wiener多样性指数为2.56,Pielou指数为0.46,Margalef指数为5.40,高于秋季的2.35、0.43和5.11,四大家鱼及鲫鱼等出现频次最高,此调查结果与历史资料相比鱼类生物多样性指数和群落结构变化较大.
Abstract
In order to know the characteristics of fish species diversity and community structure in Gaoyou Lake,the study surveys 20 sites in summer and autumn in 2019 with field collection and market investigation,and analyzes the status quo of fish population and community structure.It is found that there are 33 species of fish in Gaoyou Lake,belonging to 5 orders,12 families and 26 genera.The dominant species are sedentary,pelagic and omnivorous fish.The fishes in Gaoyou Lake are composed of 4 floristic groups,most of which are Chinese plain floristic complex.The Shannon-Wiener Diversity Index is 2.56 in summer,Pielou is 0.46,and Margalef is 5.40,which is higher than 2.35,0.43 and 5.11 in autumn.Four main fish and Crucian carp appear the highest frequency.Compared with the historical data,the fish biodiversity index and community structure change significantly.
