摘要

为了系统分析隧道初支拱架的力学性能及安全性能,根据某高速铁路项目A隧道的支护设计参数,基于荷载-结构数学模型,利用有限元分析方法,对A隧道的初期支护受力情况与安全系数进行计算,根据验算结果分析初支存在形变可能性的高风险区域.结果表明,V级围岩隧道的初支变形风险区主要分布于拱脚和仰拱区域,在施工过程中应格外重视锁脚锚杆的施作质量;Ⅳ级围岩隧道的初支变形风险区主要分布于拱顶区域,应格外重视拱顶部分混泥土的厚度与密实度,谨防初支背后脱空.

Abstract

In order to systematically analyze the mechanical and safety performance of the initial support arch of the tunnel,the study calculates the stress and safety coefficient of the initial support of A Tunnel based on the support design parameters of A Tunnel,and the loading structure mathematical model;and analyzes the high risk areas of the possibility of shape change according to the results of calculation.The results show that the risk areas of the initial support deformation of V grade surrounding rock tunnel are mainly distributed in the arch foot and invert area,so we should pay special attention to the application quality of lock foot bolt during construction.The deformation risk area of the initial support of the Ⅳ grade surrounding rock tunnel is mainly distributed in the arch area,so we should pay more attention to the thickness and compactness of the concrete in the arch part,and be aware of the cavitation behind the initial support
