摘要
为研究飞灰含碳量对燃煤锅炉热效率的影响,采用锅炉热效率反平衡法计算,通过分析、简化锅炉各项热损失得到燃煤锅炉热效率与飞灰中碳的质量分数数学关系式,通过实例进行计算,验证了飞灰碳含量与锅炉热效率数学表达式的正确性,通过该表达式可为燃煤锅炉设计过程中估算锅炉热效率提供一定的指导.
Abstract
In order to research the effect of carbon content in flying ash on the thermal efficiency of coal-fired boilers,the study analyzes and simplifies the mathematical relationship between the thermal efficiency of coal-fired boilers and the mass fraction of carbon in flying ash with the boiler thermal efficiency counter balance method,verifies correctness of the mathematical expression between the carbon content of flying ash and the thermal efficiency of the boiler with the calculation of the examples,so as to provide certain reference for estimating the thermal efficiency of coal-fired boilers and power plant design schemes with the expression.
