基于CiteSpace近10年蛇咬伤治疗研究进展的知识图谱可视化分析

摘要
为探讨蛇咬伤治疗研究的发展动态及趋势,检索中国知网2014年1月1日—2023年7月30日蛇咬伤治疗相关文献,使用CiteSpace软件对相关文献进行知识图谱绘制,从发文量、作者、机构、关键词等方面进行可视化分析.结果表明,在纳入分析的503篇文献中,近10年整体发文量呈波动式下降,发文量最多的作者是王万春、龚旭初、罗毅等,发文量较多的机构是江西中医药大学附属医院、广州中医药大学附属新会中医院、安徽中医药大学第一附属医院等,虽然医药大学及所属医院内部联系较密切,但院校之间合作不足.关键词中心性排名依次为临床疗效、预后、毒蛇咬伤、严重程度等,研究热点主要集中在机械通气、血液净化、凝血功能、炎症反应.说明蛇咬伤治疗研究日趋完善,但相应机构之间的合作不紧密,治疗存在地域差异,相关热点研究较少.
Abstract
In order to explore the development trends and trends of snakebite treatment research,the study reviews the literature related to snakebite treatment on CNKI from January 1,2014 to July 30,2023;conducts visual analysis on CiteSpace software to map the knowledge of relevant literature in the number of publications,authors,institutions and keywords,etc.The results show that,among the 503 literature included in the analysis,the overall number of published papers show a fluctuating decline in the past 10 years.The authors with the largest number of published papers were Wang Wanchun,Gong Xuchu and Luo Yi,etc.The institutions with the largest number of published papers are the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine,the Xinhui Chinese Hospital Affiliated to Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine,and the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine,etc.Although medical universities and their hospitals have close internal links,there is insufficient cooperation between them.The central ranking of keywords is clinical efficacy,prognosis,venomous snake bite,and severity,etc.The research focuses on mechanical ventilation,blood purification,coagulation function and inflammatory response.This indicates that the research on the treatment of snakebite is becoming more and more perfect,but the cooperation between corresponding institutions is not close.There are regional differences in treatment,and a few relevant hot topics.
