摘要
探讨头针配合康复训练应用于脑梗死患者神经功能与肌张力的应用效果,以提高脑梗死患者的运动功能和生活质量.选取我院收治的100例脑梗死患者为研究对象,随机将其分为康复训练组和联合组,每组各50例.康复训练组给予康复训练治疗,联合组在康复训练的基础上施以头针治疗,观察两组患者的生物神经功能、肌张力与生活质量情况.结果显示:康复训练组的脑卒中量表评分显著高于联合组(P＜0.05);康复训练组的Ashworth量表评分显著高于联合组、生活质量评分显著低于联合组(P＜0.05),说明头针配合康复训练能够有效促进脑梗死患者的恢复,显著提高其运动功能和生活质量.
Abstract
The study explores the effect of scalp acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on nerve function and muscle tension in patients with cerebral infarction,so as to improve motor function and quality of life in patients with cerebral infarction.100 patients with cerebral infarction in the hospital are selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into rehabilitation training group and combined group,with 50 cases in each group.The rehabilitation training group receive rehabilitation training treatment,and the combined group receive head acupuncture treatment on the basis of rehabilitation training.The results show that the score of stroke scale in rehabilitation training group is significantly higher than that in combination group(P＜0.05);Ashworth scale score of rehabilitation training group is significantly higher than that of combination group,and the quality of life score is significantly lower than that of combination group(P＜0.05).This indicates that the head acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training can effectively promote the recovery of cerebral infarction patients,significantly improve their motor function and quality of life.
