贵州省某三甲医院1746例心血管病患者住院费用关联度分析

摘要
分析贵州省某三甲医院心血管病住院费用对其的影响,为优化医疗资源、减轻患者经济负担提供参考依据.对贵州省某三甲医院1746例心血管病患者的住院总费用及影响因素进行K-W检验、费用构成情况进行逐步回归分析.结果表明,贵州省某三甲医院心血管病患者住院总费用中位数为12 787元;不同年龄、住院天数、诊断结果、是否有并发症、是否手术的心血管病患者的住院总费用差异显著(P＜0.05);对住院总费用影响最大的是治疗费、检查费、西药费(P＜0.05).这说明住院费用给贵州省某三甲医院心血管病患者带来的经济负担较重,应从实施临床路径管理、合理控制平均住院日、提高公众预防冠心病等方面入手,合理控制疾病给患者带来的直接经济负担.
Abstract
The study analyzes the hospitalization costs and influencing factors of patients in the Department of Cardiology of a Grade-Ⅲ hospital in Guizhou Province,so as to provide reference for optimizing the distribution of medical resources and reducing the direct economic burden of diseases.The total inpatient expenses and the influencing factors of 1746 patients with cardiovascular disease were analyzed by K-W test,and the composition of expenses was analyzed by stepwise regression.The median cost of total hospitalization was 12 787 yuan in a Grade-Ⅲ hospital in Guizhou Province.There were statistically significant differences in total hospitalization costs among patients with different ages,hospitalization days,diagnosis,complications or surgery(P＜0.05).Hospitalization cost,examination cost and western medicine cost have the greatest influence on total hospitalization expense(P＜0.05).The economic burden of hospitalization costs for patients with cardiovascular disease in Guizhou Province is relatively heavy.We should control the direct economic burden of disease reasonably by implementing clinical pathway management,reasonably controlling the average length of hospital stay and raising the public's awareness of prevention of coronary heart disease,etc.
