摘要
"未来社区-健康场景"模式下杭州数字化医疗改革处于快速发展中,但仍面临着发展起步晚、资源分布不均匀、缺乏对患者需求关注等方面的问题.以杭州居民社区数字化医疗服务现状为研究对象,开展问卷调查,采用SPSS 26.0软件对数据进行相关分析、回归分析等.结果表明,未使用过数字化医疗服务的原因主要是数字化医疗服务宣传不足、老年群体对数字化医疗服务接受程度较低等,并从多方面提出建议,为推动基层医疗数字化服务升级提供借鉴.
Abstract
Under the"future community-health scenario"model,digital medical reform in Hangzhou is in rapid development.But there are some problems:late start,uneven distribution of resources,and lack of attention to patient needs,etc.The study takes the current situation of digital medical services in Hangzhou community as the research object,conducts a questionnaire survey,and does correlation analysis and regression analysis with SPSS 26.0 software.The results show that the reasons for not using digital medical services are mainly the lack of publicity of digital medical services,and the low acceptance of digital medical services by the elderly group,etc.Suggestions are put forward from various aspects,so as to provide reference for promoting the upgrading of digital medical services at the primary level.
