全民预防保健背景下叙永县高血压患者五年病况管理效果研究

摘要
评估叙永县全民预防保健背景下高血压患者的管理效果,为进一步开展高血压人群健康管理提供理论依据.选取叙永县五年内纳入全民预防保健管理体系的高血压患者作为研究对象,通过健康管理及定期随访等干预措施对各项资料进行纵向数据比较分析.经过对高血压人群的健康管理,患者的血压控制率由2017年的44.03％上升至2021年的47.94％,有效管理率由87.07％上升至93.86％,其中服用推荐降压药者的血压控制率由42.6％上升至47.3％,但65岁及以上老年高血压患者的控制率差异不显著,说明其干预措施对高血压患者进行慢性病管理的效果有所提升,服用推荐降压药可以更好地控制患者的血压,但对65岁及以上老年人群体血压控制仍需探讨更佳方法.
Abstract
The study evaluates the management effect of hypertension patients under the background of national preventive health care in Xuyong County,so as to provide theoretical basis for further health management of hypertension population.The study selects the hypertensive patients in the national preventive health care management system in Xuyong County within five years as the research objects,and compares and analyzes the longitudinal data with the intervention measures,such as health management and regular follow-up.After the health management of hypertensive population,the blood pressure control rate of patients increases from 44.03％in 2017 to 47.94％in 2021,and the effective management rate increases from 87.07％to 93.86％,among which the blood pressure control rate of patients taking recommended antihypertensive drugs increases from 42.6％to 47.3％.However,there is no significant difference in the control rate of hypertensive patients of 65 years and above.These results indicate that the intervention has improved the effect of chronic disease management in hypertensive patients,and the blood pressure of patients can be better controlled by taking recommended anti-hypertensive drugs,but the better method of blood pressure control in elderly people of 65 years old and above still needs to be explored.
