摘要

应用LSTM网络进行电力大数据分析,完成对电力系统运行状况的智能化判断,使用Springboot框架进行系统开发,建立能够通过移动端随时监控和访问的智能化电力监控平台.LSTM电力预测模型经过训练后,对电网电压的预测平均绝对误差为0.257,符合电网安全管理需求.通过对智能电力监控平台的测试分析,系统的平均响应时间在1000 ms以内,最大响应时间低于1500 ms,验证平台具有良好的运行能力,可以较好地满足监控需求.

Abstract

The study analyzes power big data with LSTM network,completes the intelligent judgment of power system operating status,develops the system with Springboot framework,and establishes an intelligent power monitoring platform that could be monitored and accessed at any time through mobile terminals.After test,the average absolute error of LSTM power forecasting model is 0.257,which meets the demand of power grid security management.Through the test and analysis of the intelligent power monitoring platform,the average response time of the system is less than 1000 ms,and the maximum response time is less than 1500 ms,which verifies that the platform has good operation ability and can better meet the monitoring needs.
