江苏省本科院校文化育人工作现状及其提升路径

文化育人是推进大学生思想政治教育的重要举措,有利于促进大学生综合素质的提高.为了解江苏省本科院校文化育人的现状,选取江苏省内七所本科院校的928 名学生进行问卷调查,借助SPSS 27.0 软件进行统计分析.研究结果表明,不同年级、不同性别的学生在参与文化活动的频率上存在显著差异,知识、技能及情感态度在育人效果方面存在差异性,学生参与文化育人活动的积极性及效果受多种因素的影响.基于此,本科院校应从弘扬中华优秀传统文化彰显文化自信、发挥革命文化育人功能、以信息技术提升育人实效和加强校园文化环境建设四方面着手,不断优化江苏省本科院校的文化育人效果.
Abstract
Cultural education is an important measure to promote the ideological and political education of college students,which is conducive to improving the comprehensive quality of college students.In order to know the current situation of cultural education in undergraduate institutions in Jiangsu Province,the study selects 928 students from 7 undergraduate institutions in Jiangsu Province to conduct questionnaire survey,and uses SPSS 27.0 software to analyze the questionnaire.The results of the study show that students of different grades and genders have significant differences in the frequency of participation in cultural activities.There are differences in knowledge,skills and emotional attitudes in the educational effect.The enthusiasm and effect of students'participation in cultural educational activities are influenced by various factors.Based on this,undergraduate colleges should promote the excellent Chinese traditional culture to show cultural self-confidence,give full play to the function of revolutionary culture education,improve the effect of education by information technology,and strengthen the construction of campus cultural environment,so as to continuously optimize the cultural education effect of undergraduate colleges in Jiangsu Province.
