摘要
学龄前时期(3~6 岁)是儿童生长发育的关键期,感觉统合是儿童全面发展的基础,感觉统合评估对于早期筛查、干预、标准治疗儿童感觉统合失调有重要指导意义与参考价值.根据Ayres感觉统合基本理论,结合国内外相关文献,经专家审查形成初始量表并对1896 名学龄前儿童的感觉统合能力进行调查,分析量表的Cronbach's α系数、分半信度、内容效度与结构效度.分析结果表明,学龄前儿童感觉统合能力评估量表具有良好的信度与效度,适用于国内学龄前儿童感觉统合能力的测评,有助于制订更科学的干预方案,探索更有效的干预技术.
Abstract
The preschool period(3~6 years old)is the key for children's growth and development,and sensory integration is the basis of children's comprehensive development.Sensory integration evaluation has important guiding significance and reference value for early screening,intervention and standard treatment of children's sensory integration disorders.According to Ayres's basic theory of sensory integration,and through combining with relevant literature at home and abroad,the study investigates the sensory integration ability of 1896 preschool children with the initial scale;and analyzes Cronbach's α coefficient,split-half reliability,content validity and construct validity of the scale.The results show that the scale of sensory integration ability of preschool children has good reliability and validity,which is suitable for the evaluation of sensory integration ability of preschool children in China,and is helpful to formulate more scientific intervention programs and explore more effective intervention techniques.
