高职生核心自我评价对焦虑的影响——心理适应的中介作用

摘要
为探究心理适应在高职生核心自我评价与焦虑关系间的中介作用,采用大学生心理适应性量表、核心自我评价量表与焦虑量表对阜阳职业技术学院2023 级的4240 名大一学生进行测评,使用SPSS 20.0 软件对测评结果进行描述性统计、相关分析及中介效应检验.结果显示,高职生核心自我评价与心理适应呈显著正相关性,心理适应与焦虑呈显著负相关性,高职生核心自我评价与焦虑呈显著负相关性.心理适应在高职生核心自我评价与焦虑之间起部分中介作用,中介效应量为17.2%.改善高职生核心自我评价并提升其心理适应能力有助于降低高职生的焦虑水平,促进其身心健康.
Abstract
To explore the mediating role of psychological adaptability in the relationship between core self-evaluation and anxiety of vocational college students,the study investigates 4240 first-year students of 2023 grade of Fuyang Institute of Technology with Adolescence Psychological Adaptability Scale,Core Self-evaluation Scale,and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale.The descriptive statistics,correlation and mediating effect of the measurement results are tested with SPSS 20.0.The results show that there is significant positive correlation between core self-evaluation and psychological adaptability,and significant negative correlation between psychological adaptability and anxiety.There is significant negative correlation between core self-evaluation and anxiety.Psychological adaptability plays a partial mediating role between core self-evaluation and anxiety of vocational college students,and the mediating effect size is 17.2%.It is necessary to improve the core self-evaluation of vocational college students and enhance their psychological adaptability,so as to reduce the anxiety of vocational college student,and promote their psychological health.
