社交媒体与高校学生管理的关联性

摘要
通过问卷调查法探讨社交媒体与学生管理之间的关联性.由描述性统计分析可知,受访者的社交媒体使用频率较高,且较为认可其在学生管理中所发挥的重要作用.差异性独立样本t检验揭示了社交媒体使用、学习影响及管理者角色这三个维度之间存在显著的性别差异,其中女性的评价显著高于男性.从相关性分析结果来看,社交媒体使用、学习影响、管理者角色及学生管理之间在1%的水平上显著相关,说明任一维度的提高均有助于提高学生的整体管理水平.线性回归结果强调了更频繁、更积极地使用社交媒体对提升学生管理效果具有重要作用.为此,学校应重视学生管理与社交媒体间的关系,精准把握学生的行为模式及需求,从而借助社交媒体,制订针对性、个性化的学生管理方案.
Abstract
The study explores the relationship between social media and student management with questionnaire survey.According to descriptive statistical analysis,respondents use social media more frequently and recognize its important role in student management.Independent sample t test reveals significant gender differences in social media use,learning influence and manager role,among which the evaluation of women is significantly higher than that of men.According to the results of correlation analysis,social media use,learning impact,manager role and student management are significantly correlated at the level of 1%,indicating that its improvement is conducive to improving the overall management level of students.Linear regression results highlight the importance of more frequent and active use of social media to improve student management outcomes.Therefore,schools should pay attention to the relationship between student management and social media,accurately grasp students'behavior patterns and needs,and formulate targeted and personalized student management programs with the help of social media.
