摘要

为更好地了解高校学生教育管理工作的发展现状,随机抽取A高校大一至大四年级学生进行问卷调查.调查结果表明,大部分学生认为大数据时代高校的学生教育管理模式较为合理,愿意参与到学生教育管理工作中.从教师教学管理、学生生活管理及学生综合素质培养三个维度来看,教师教学管理维度的教师语言水平、高校师资情况及奖学金制度明晰方面得分较高.学生生活管理维度的学生住宿安排方面得分较高.学生综合素质培养维度的高校招生工作效果较好,得分较高.Pearson相关性分析结果显示,教师教学管理、学生生活管理及学生综合素质培养之间表现出强相关性,高校可根据大数据时代的发展特点,提升这三方面工作的效果以不断强化学生教育管理工作.

Abstract

In order to better know the development status of college students'education management,the study conducts questionnaire survey on freshmen to seniors in a college with random sampling method.The survey results show that most students think that the mode of college student education management in the era of big data is reasonable,and are willing to participate in the work of student education management.From the teachers'teaching management,students'life management and students'comprehensive quality training,the scores of teachers'teaching management:teachers'language level,university teachers'situation and the clarity of scholarship system are more.The scores of student life management of student accommodation arrangement are more.The effect of college enrollment in students'comprehensive quality training is better,and the scores are more.Pearson correlation analysis shows that there is strong correlation between teachers'teaching management,students'life management and students'comprehensive quality training.According to the development characteristics of the era of big data,colleges and universities can enhance the effect of these three aspects of work to continuously strengthen student education management.
