数字化校园中学生管理效果及优化路径研究

摘要
为了解数字化校园中学生管理工作的效果,采用问卷调查法研究数字化校园对学生进行管理的过程,发现数字化校园管理在学生画像、数据使用、学生参与、支持培训等关键维度上取得了显著的成效.Pearson相关性分析显示,这些维度间显著相关,强调其相互间的协同作用.采用CRITIC权重法进一步揭示各维度在整体管理决策中的相对重要性,其中学生画像的重要性最凸出,支持培训的权重相对较低.基于以上结论,学校应加强数据治理与隐私保护,优化学生画像与个性化支持,加强数字素养培训与社区参与,以进一步提升数字化校园管理水平,为学生提供更优质、个性化的服务.
Abstract
In order to know the effect of student management in digital campus,the study analyzes the process of student management in digital campus with questionnaire survey.It is found that the digital campus management has achieved remarkable results in the key dimensions of student portrait,data use,student participation and training support,etc.Pearson correlation analysis shows that these dimensions are significantly correlated,emphasizing their synergistic effect.The weight method of CRITIC is adopted to further reveal the relative importance of each dimension in the overall management decision,in which the importance of student portrait is the most prominent,and the weight of supporting training is relatively low.Based on the conclusions above,schools should strengthen data governance and privacy protection,optimize student portrait and personalized support,and strengthen digital literacy training and community participation,so as to further improve the level of digital campus management and provide students with better quality and personalized services.
