湖南省老年人医养结合养老模式的选择意愿及其影响因素研究

摘要
为了解湖南省老年人医养结合养老模式选择意愿、服务需求及其影响因素,为湖南省养老服务业高质量发展提供参考依据,采用多阶段整群抽样法对湖南省6 个市州的1223 名老年人开展面对面问卷调查.引入安德森模型,采用卡方检验与二元Logistic回归分析影响因素.研究结果发现,选择社区居家医养结合养老的人数最多(85.12%),社区居家医养结合养老服务需求总分为(62.57±16.55)分,条目均分为(2.98±0.79)分,需求普遍且处于较高水平.影响老年人选择医养结合养老模式的因素有年龄、主要收入来源、有无养老保险、睡眠质量、社区是否有养老服务中心、社区能否满足个人娱乐需求等.社区居家医养结合养老更符合健康老龄化的养老理念与我国大多数老年人的养老观念,在未来的发展中应发挥政府主导功能,提升基层卫生服务水平,加强医养结合服务人才建设.
Abstract
In order to know the choice intention,service demand and influencing factors of the elderly in Hunan Province,and to provide reference for the high-quality development of the elderly service industry in Hunan Province,the study conducts face-to-face questionnaire survey among 1223 elderly people in 6 cities and states in Hunan Province with multi-stage cluster sampling method.The study introduces Anderson model,and analyzes the influencing factors by Chi-square test and binary Logistic regression.The results show that the number of people who chose community home medical care combined with elderly care is the largest(85.12%).The total score of community home medical care combined with elderly care service is(62.57±16.55)points,and all items are(2.98±0.79)points,indicating that the demand is common and at a high level.The influencing factors of the choice of the combination of medical and nursing care mode of the elderly include age,main income sources,whether there is pension insurance,sleep quality,whether there is a community service center for the elderly,and whether the community can meet social entertainment needs,etc.The combination of community medical care and old-age care is more in line with the concept of healthy aging and the concept of old-age care for most of the elderly in China.In the future,the leading function of the government should be played,the level of primary health service be improved,and the construction of the combination of medical care and old-age care service personnel be strengthened.
