摘要
为促进我国一线城市数据开放平台建设,通过网络调研的方式对4 所一线城市大数据信息服务平台的网站页面、开放数据比例与论坛互动等情况进行全面调研.调研结果显示,现阶段各数据共享平台普遍侧重于数据集的数量与开放比例,忽视数据加工功能,4 所一线城市大数据信息服务平台数据开放比例差距较大,互动论坛建设良莠不齐,仍有较大提升空间.据此,应重视用户需求,提升技术开发人员的信息素养,注重宣传推广,以不断提升平台的综合服务能力,进一步推动城市的数字化与智慧化发展.
Abstract
In order to promote the construction of data open platform in China's first-tier cities,the study conducts comprehensive survey on the website pages,open data proportion and forum interaction of big data information service platforms in 4 first-tier cities with network research.The results of the investigation show that at this stage,all data sharing platforms generally focus on the number and opening proportion of data sets,ignoring the data processing function.The gap between the data opening proportion of big data information service platforms in the four first-tier cities is large,and the construction of interactive forums is uneven,and it still needs to be improved.Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to the needs of users,improve the information literacy of technology developers,pay attention to publicity and promotion,so as to continuously improve the comprehensive service capability of the platform,and further promote the development of digital and intelligent cities.
