In order to accurately evaluate the influence of freeze-thaw-chloride coupling on concrete guardrails of municipal roads,the deterioration mechanism and protection technology of concrete guardrails are studied.3 kinds of weather-resistant and antifreeze coatings are selected to make 4 groups of ordinary concrete specimens and 3 groups of coated concrete specimens.The freeze-thaw-chlorine salt coupling test,saturation test and RCM test are further carried out.The results show that the chloride environment can accelerate the corrosion process of steel bars in the concrete guardrail of municipal roads;the chloride ion diffusion coefficient of concrete structure under salt freezing environment shows a nonlinear upward trend.When the freeze-thaw cycle is 150 times,the diffusion coefficient of ordinary concrete specimens increases by 173.06%.Under the action of organic coating,the impermeability of concrete structure is significantly improved.When the freeze-thaw cycle is 150 times,the impermeability is increased by 37.45%,19.12%and 44.78%respectively,and the silane 2 coatings show better protective effect in the process of test and engineering application.The organic coating treatment of municipal road concrete guardrail can significantly improve the durability and effectively prolong the service life of guardrail,which provides a certain reference value for the protection research of similar projects.
