The study researches a high precise and dynamic resistance tester,analyzes the design principle of DC current output and DC voltage measurement,and discusses the measurement error and key components.The results are verified by high accuracy digital multimeter and standard DC voltage source.The DC current output accuracy of the dynamic resistance tester is 0.02％,the resistance measurement accuracy is 0.02％,and the measurement resolution reaches more than 105.
