摘要

为了实现智能制造产业中的实时监控、数据共享及各设备间的协同工作,在.NET Core 7.0环境下研究三菱小型PLC与计算机之间的串口通信和MC协议通信方式,开发了三菱PLC通信管理系统,成功实现了上位机对现场PLC的数据采集和远程操作,使用云端数据库技术和数据库管理工具对数据进行分析处理,从而实现对设备工作状态的实时监控及故障分析.

Abstract

In order to realize real-time monitoring,data sharing and collaborative work between various devices in the intelligent manufacturing industry,the study analyzes the serial communication and MC protocol communication between Mitsubishi small PLC and computer under NET Core7.0 environment,develops Mitsubishi PLC communication management system,successfully realizes the host computer to the field PLC data acquisition and remote operation,and conducts data analysis and processing with cloud database technology and database management tools.In this way,the real-time monitoring and fault analysis of the equipment are realized.
