摘要

装配式建筑施工安全管理主要集中在工序前期,安全评估体系尚不完备,整个工序的风险监控难以实现,因此安全隐患的判定需在装配式项目建设风险控制上全程把关.为提高风险评价的准确性,基于熵权法构建了某装配式项目的工程风险评价指标体系,获得适用于该工程的建筑安全风险评价结果.结果表明,该项目综合加权相关值为0.1390,综合水平变量特征值为2.6916,总体风险等级为Ⅱ的建筑安全风险评估结果与专家评估结果一致,属于相对安全等级,说明该模型在预制构件结构安全风险评估中精确度较高.

Abstract

The safety management of prefabricated building construction is mainly concentrated in the early stage of the process,the safety assessment system is not complete,and the risk monitoring of the whole process is difficult to achieve,so the judgment of safety risks needs to be checked in the whole process of the risk control of the construction of prefabricated projects.In order to improve the accuracy of risk assessment,the study constructs an engineering risk assessment index system for a prefabricated project based on entropy weight method,and obtains the results of construction safety risk assessment for the project.The results show that the comprehensive weighted correlation value of this project is 0.1390,the characteristic value of the comprehensive level variable is 2.6916,and the overall risk grade of Ⅱ is consistent with the expert evaluation result,which belongs to the relative safety grade,indicating that the model has a high accuracy in the safety risk assessment of prefabricated structure.
