Through the comparison of integrated comprehensive rehabilitation nursing and routine nursing,the study analyzes the effect of integrated comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on the improvement of the quality of life of elderly patients with asthenia.The results show that FRALL scores in the experimental group are significantly lower than those in the control group 1 month after care.The score of daily living ability is significantly higher than that of control group.Although the scores of both groups are still in the high fall risk range,the fall risk score of the experimental group is significantly lower than that of the control group.The score of quality of life in the experimental group is significantly higher than that of contra-illumination,and the score of depression and anxiety is significantly lower than that of the control group.This indicates that integrated rehabilitation nursing can significantly improve the frailty state and daily living ability of elderly patients,reduce the risk of falling,improve the quality of life of elderly patients with frailty,and improve their depression and anxiety.
