In order to analyze the rehabilitation effect of wholecourse nursing on elderly patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans,the study selects 60 elderly patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans and divides them into control group and experimental group according to the order of admission,with 30 patients in each group.Comparative analysis was done on the rehabilitation time,postoperative complications,pain degree,anxiety and depression,nursing satisfaction and postoperative quality of life of elderly patients,etc.The results show that wholecourse nursing can significantly shorten the rehabilitation time of elderly patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and pain grade,relieve postoperative depression and anxiety,and improve the satisfaction of nursing work and postoperative quality of life of elderly patients.
