社会支持对老年人生活满意度的影响——基于2018年CHARLS数据库的实证分析

摘要
基于中国健康与养老追踪调查(CHARLS)2018 年公开数据,在社会支持视角下采用单因素交互分析与多元Logistic回归方法对老年人生活满意度的影响因素进行分析.结果显示,影响老年人生活满意度的因素包括领取养老金、参保医疗保险、社区照料支持、与子女见面频率及参加社交活动等.应充分重视社会支持对老年人生活满意度的影响,充分认识社区照料服务对老年人生活满意度的重要性,坚持家庭养老的主体地位,建立与完善以家庭为基础、社区为依托的家庭养老服务体系,鼓励老年人多参加社交活动,以实现老有所为,提高其生活满意度.
Abstract
Based on the public database of China Health And Retirement Longitudinal Study(CHARLS)in 2018,the study analyzes the influencing factors of elderly life satisfaction from the perspective of social support with univariate interaction analysis and multiple Logistic regression.The results show whether to receive a pension,whether to participate in medical insurance,community care support,the frequency of meeting with children and the elderly participating in social activities,etc.,can improve their life satisfaction.It is suggested to pay attention to the influence of social support on the life satisfaction of the elderly,recognize the fundamental role of pension insurance and medical insurance in ensuring the life of the elderly,fully recognize the importance of community care services on the life satisfaction of the elderly,adhere to the main position of family elderly care,establish and improve a family based and community based family elderly care service system,and encourage elderly people to participate in more social activities,so as to achieve a sense of achievement and improve their life satisfaction.
