长三角地区创新创业高质量协同发展的关键影响因素
Research on Key Influencing Factors of High-Quality Synergistic Development of Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Yangtze River Delta

摘要
长三角地区是国家创新驱动发展实践的重要区域,但其高质量发展中存在着诸多问题.运用Critic客观赋权法,构建长三角地区创新创业高质量协同发展的影响因素指标体系,选取2012 年、2015 年、2018 年和2021 年上海、江苏、浙江、安徽等地的数据,对所选16 个指标的变异性、冲突性、信息量及权重进行分析,筛选出影响创新创业高质量发展的关键指标.结果表明,电子商务交易、区域内人才存量、R&D研发项目、技术创新等要素是影响长三角地区创新创业高质量协同发展的关键指标.长三角地区应当抓住数字经济发展机遇,丰富数字经济应用场景,促进多元业务组合,加强区域内不同类型、行业的跨界融合,提高区域创新创业能力,坚持创新导向下的高质量协同发展.
Abstract
The Yangtze River Delta(YRD)is an important practice area of the national innovation-driven development,but there are many problems in high-quality development.The study constructs an indicator system of influencing factors for the high-quality collaborative development of innovation and entrepreneurship in the Yangtze River Delta with Critic objective weighting method;selects the provincial data of Shanghai,Jiangsu,Zhejiang,and Anhui in 2012,2015,2018,and 2021;analyzes the variability,conflict,information content,and weight of the selected 16 indicators;and screens out the key indicators affecting the high-quality development of innovation and entrepreneurship.The results show that six elements,such as e-commerce transactions,the stock of talents in the region,R&D projects,and technological innovation,are the key indicators of high-quality synergistic development of innovation and entrepreneurship in Yangtze River Delta.Yangtze River Delta should seize the opportunities of digital economy development,enrich the application scenarios of the digital economy,promote the diversified business combinations,and strengthen the cross-boundary integration of different types and industries in the region,enhance the capacity of innovation and entrepreneurship in the region,and continuously promote the high-quality synergistic development under innovation orientation.
