托育服务体系发展现状及其解决对策——以山东省菏泽市为例

摘要
结合专项调研数据对菏泽市托育服务需求及供给情况进行分析,从供需两侧梳理菏泽市托育服务体系的发展现状及制约其发展的主要问题.结果表明,当前菏泽市存在托育机构发展不平衡、监管体系不规范与专业服务人才短缺等问题,应进一步从加强顶层设计,增加多层次供给,强化有效监管,落实政策保障等方面推动托育服务专业化、规范化健康发展.
Abstract
Based on the special research data,the study analyzes the demand and supply of childcare service in Heze City,and studies the development status of the childcare service system in Heze City and the main problems restricting its development from both sides of supply and demand.The results show that the current development of childcare services has problems,such as unbalanced development of childcare institutions,non-standard supervision system and shortage of professional service talents,etc.It is necessary to strengthen top-level design,increase multi-level supply,strengthen effective supervision,and implement policy guarantees,etc.,so as to further promote the professional,standardized and healthy development of childcare services.
