摘要
为探索图书馆用户满意度影响因素,实现高校图书馆综合服务水平提升,推动高校图书馆发展,运用群组决策特征根法(GEM)对初选指标进行筛选,建立关键指标体系并构建AHP判断矩阵.运用AHP确定满意度因素权重排序,按其权重值排序进行有针对性的措施,运用可拓学确定各因素满意度等级.研究结果表明,在高校图书馆用户满意度指标体系中,图书馆环境与读者空间方面表现良好,图书馆资源、图书馆服务、基础设备、图书管理员方面存在一定的问题.
Abstract
In order to explore the influencing factors of the satisfaction of library users,improve the comprehensive service level of university libraries,and promote the development of university libraries,the study screens the primary indexes with the group decision feature root method(GEM),establishes the key index system,and constructs the AHP judgment matrix.Then the study determines the weight ranking of satisfaction factors with AHP,takes targeted measures according to the weight ranking,and determines the satisfaction level of each factor with extension theory.The research results show that in the user satisfaction index system of university library,library environment and reader space perform well.But there are some problems in library resources,library services,basic equipment and librarians.
