新媒体时代思政教师教学能力的满意度及影响因素研究

以思政教师教学能力为研究主线设计调研问卷,全面了解新媒体时代下学生对思政教师教学能力的评价与影响因素.研究表明,思政教师在基本素养方面得分均较高,其基础知识与教学素养受到学生的喜爱.教学设计方面,运用现代教学技术水平方面得分相对较低.教学管理方面,教学情境设置得分较低.教学实践方面,教学中激发学生的创新思维得分较低.学生对思政教师教学能力的满意度受年级与政治面貌的影响.基于此,教师应积极将人工智能技术运用到教学中,积极结合社会实践知识进行讲解,给予学生独立的思考空间,充分发挥学生的主观能动性,全面提升教学水平,提升学生的满意度.
Abstract
The study takes ideological and political teachers'teaching ability as the main line of the research,designs research questionnaire,and comprehensively analyzes the students'evaluation and influencing factors of ideological and political teachers'teaching ability in the new media era.The study finds that ideological and political teachers have high scores in basic literacy,and their basic knowledge and teaching literacy are favored by students.In terms of teaching design,the score of the application of modern teaching technology is relatively low.In terms of teaching management,the score of teaching situation setting is low.In terms of teaching practice,the score of stimulating students'innovative thinking in teaching is low.Students'satisfaction with ideological and political teachers'teaching ability is influenced by grade and politics status.Based on this,teachers should actively apply artificial intelligence technology to teaching,actively explain it in combination with social practice knowledge,provides students with independent thinking space,fully play students'subjective initiative,comprehensively improve teaching level,and enhance students'satisfaction.
