财务管理专业学生综合素质的提升与思政教育的关联性探究

摘要
为探究财务管理专业学生综合素质提升与思政教育之间的关联性,采用问卷调查的形式进行研究,并借助SPSS 26.0 软件对数据进行分析.结果表明,问卷具有较高的信度,数据可靠性较高.学生在综合素质、思政素养、专业素养和道德情感 4 个维度上的得分总体呈中高水平,但各维度间存在一定差异.相关性分析结果显示,综合素质、思政素养、专业素养和道德情感这 4 个维度在0.01 的显著性水平上呈现正相关性,存在密切关联.由线性回归分析可知,思政素养和专业素养在提升学生综合素质方面发挥着重要作用.为进一步提高财务管理专业思政课程效果,高校应增加实践性的课程和项目,培养学生的社会责任感和使命感.
Abstract
In order to explore the relationship between the improvement of comprehensive quality of students majoring in financial management,and ideological and political education,the study conducts a questionnaire survey,and analyzes the data with SPSS 26.0 software.The results show the questionnaire has high reliability and data reliability.The scores of students in the four dimensions of comprehensive quality,ideological and political accomplishment,professional accomplishment,and moral emotion are generally at a medium and high level,but there are some differences in each dimension.Results of correlation analysis show that there is positive correlation among comprehensive quality,ideological and political quality,professional quality and moral emotion at 0.01 significance level,and there is close correlation.The linear regression analysis shows that ideological and political literacy,and professional literacy play an important role in improving students'comprehensive quality.In order to further improve the effect of ideological and political courses of financial management major,colleges and universities should increase practical courses and projects to cultivate students'sense of social responsibility and mission.
