大学生思政教育与人际关系质量的关系研究

摘要
为研究思政课程对学生的影响及其与学生人际关系质量间的关系,采用问卷调查法收集数据并利用SPSS 26.0 统计软件进行数据分析.结果显示,思政课程一定程度上能显著提升学生的人际关系质量.从影响因素的具体构成看,学校环境、课程内容、教师影响与自我努力间有较强的相关性,影响力由高到低依次为课程内容、自我努力、学校环境与教师影响.基于此,高校应改进思政教育的内容与教学方法,加强教师培训与指导,建立学生支持体系,鼓励学生积极参与学习与社交活动.
Abstract
In order to study the influence of ideological and political courses on students and the relationship between students'interpersonal relationship quality,the study collects data with questionnaire survey method and analyzes data with SPSS 26.0 statistical software.The results show that,to some extent,ideological and political courses can significantly improve the quality of students'interpersonal relationships.From the specific composition of influencing factors,there is strong correlation between school environment,curriculum content,teachers'influence and self-effort.And the influence from high to low is curriculum content,self-effort,school environment and teachers'influence.Based on this,universities should improve the content and teaching methods of ideological and political education,strengthen teacher training and guidance,establish a student support system,and encourage students to actively participate in learning and social activities.
