摘要
人工智能在财务数据分析、决策支持、自动化财务流程、欺诈检测与风险管理、提供财务智能助手与虚拟财务顾问以及提供科学的风险评估与投资决策等方面发挥着重要作用.但在人工智能环境下财务管理融合创新面临着技术应用条件复杂性、法律监管要求严格、人机协作困难等问题.为应对这些挑战,建议建立内部知识共享平台与交流机制,组建法律顾问团队,提升人工智能系统的透明度与可解释性,以期实现人工智能与财务管理部门的有效协作,推动财务管理实践的创新与发展.
Abstract
AI plays an important role in financial data analysis,decision support,automating financial processes,fraud detection and risk management,providing financial intelligent assistants and virtual financial advisers,and providing scientific risk assessment and investment decisions,etc.However,there are some problems in the complexity of technology application conditions,strict legal supervision requirements,man-machine collaboration difficulties of financial integration innovation in the artificial intelligence environment.In order to deal with these challenges,it is suggested to establish internal knowledge sharing platform and exchange mechanism,set up a legal consultant team,and enhance the transparency and explainability of artificial intelligence systems,so as to achieve effective collaboration between artificial intelligence and financial management departments,and promote the innovation and development of financial management practice.
