摘要

根瘤菌(Rhizobium sp.)是土壤中普遍存在的微生物,可以与豆科植物建立共生关系形成根瘤.共生关系的建立需要复杂的分子交换过程,而根瘤菌的Ⅲ型分泌系统在根瘤菌和豆科植物之间的结瘤和免疫反应中发挥着重要作用.综述了根瘤菌Ⅲ型分泌系统的组成及遗传特性与效应蛋白的合成路径、种类与功能及其在结瘤方面的影响等,为深入了解根瘤菌与寄主植物的结瘤机制提供参考.

Abstract

Rhizobium sp.is a common microorganism in soil,and it can establish a symbiotic relationship with legumes to form root nodules.The establishment of symbiotic relationships requires complex molecular exchange processes,and the type Ⅲ secretion system of rhizobia plays an important role in nodulation and immune response between rhizobia and legumes.The composition and genetic characteristics of the type Ⅲ secretory system of rhizobia,the synthetic pathway,types and functions of effector proteins,as well as their effects on nodulation were reviewed,providing references for further understanding of nodulation mechanism between rhizobia and host plants.
