摘要

离心压气机是一种低功率、小流量、高转速、高压力的旋转机械,其通常带有分流叶片设计,通过改变分流叶片长度,采用数值模拟方法对原始叶轮进行变型设计,研究分流叶片长度对压气机性能的影响及其变化规律.研究表明,分流叶片的长度并不是越长越好,也不是越短越好,只有合适的分流叶片长度才能较好地提高压气机的性能.对于带有分流叶片的离心压气机叶轮,当分流叶片叶根子午弧长度与主叶片的叶根子午弧长度比例系数为N=0.6389 时,压气机性能最优,此结果可为开发和研究带有分流叶片的离心压气机提供一定的参考.

Abstract

Centrifugal compressor is a kind of low power,small flow,high speed,high pressure rotating machinery,at present,in the centrifugal compressor,usually with a shunt blade design.In this paper,the influence of the length of the diverter blade on the performance of the compressor and its variation rule are studied by changing the form of the length of the diverter blade and the method of numerical simulation.The research shows that the length of the shunt blade is not the longer the better,nor the shorter the better,only the appropriate shunt blade length can better improve the performance of the compressor.For the centrifugal compressor impeller with diverting blade studied,the compressor performance is optimal when the ratio coefficient of the meridian arc length of the diverting blade root and the meridian arc length of the main blade root is N=0.6389 times.The research results can provide some reference for the development and research of centrifugal compressor with shunt blade.
