To study the mechanical characteristics of PC prefabricated box girder bridges with corrugated steel webs, the study takes a prestressed concrete precast box girder bridge with corrugated steel webs as an example, establishes a structural digital twin model with large-scale specialized finite element software, conducts verification analysis of corrugated steel webs, does static and dynamic load tests, and compares and verifies the measured values and theoretical values of the main beam deflection, strain, and dynamic performance. The results show that the prefabricated prestressed concrete corrugated steel web with simply supported.Continuous box girder has excellent mechanical performance. The bridge structure has a good working state under static load. The measured vibration time domain curve conforms to the vibration law of a continuous beam bridge. The vibration time domain, frequency domain curve, damping ratio, and impact coefficient are reasonable, which indicates that the overall stiffness of the bridge is greater than the theoretical stiffness. Therefore, the design requirements are fulfilled. The research helps to analyze the actual mechanical performance of PC prefabricated box girder bridges with corrugated steel webs and evaluate their bearing capacity. It has engineering reference value for the construction and application of PC prefabricated box girder bridges with corrugated steel webs.
