摘要

P91 钢材作为近年来研发的新型耐热钢已成为高温管道支吊架的首选材质.依据ASME NF中关于许用应力限值的规定,计算出支吊架的许用应力,根据高温管道支吊架的运行环境,选取常温、300℃、500℃三种环境条件对高温管道支吊架承载力学性能进行强度理论试验研究,结合高温管道支吊架实际运行工况对支吊架进行强度试验.结果表明,P91 材质高温管道支吊架在高温、高载荷的情况下能够正常运行,满足使用要求.

Abstract

As a new heat-resistant steel developed in recent years,P91 steel has become the preferred material for high-temperature pipeline supports and hangers.According to the allowable stress limit stipulated in ASME NF,the study calculates the allowable stress of the support hanger.According to the operating environment of the support hanger of high temperature pipeline,the study selects three environmental conditions of normal temperature,300℃and 500℃to conduct strength theoretical test study on the bearing mechanical properties of the support hanger of high temperature pipeline.The strength test of high temperature pipeline support and hanger is carried out according to the actual operating condition.The results show that P91 material high temperature pipe support hanger can operate normally under high temperature and high load,and meet the requirements of use.
