摘要

对于能量相差较大的γ脉冲信号,如果应用线性放大器进行放大及后续处理需要较大的线性范围和较低的噪声,否则难以兼顾高能脉冲的抗饱和与低能脉冲的抗噪声.试制了一个非线性放大电路,利用三极管PN结的对数伏安特性将能量相差10 倍的脉冲信号放大为幅值相差1 倍左右的脉冲信号,在特定的情况下兼顾高低能γ信号的放大便于后续信号处理,测试了基于固定阈值脉宽TDC的对数信号处理,效果较好,可减少噪声干扰.

Abstract

For the γ pulse signal with large amplitude difference,if the linear amplifier is used to amplify,it needs a larger linear range and lower noise.Otherwise,it is difficult to consider the anti saturation of high energy pulse and anti noise of low energy pulse at the same time.A nonlinear amplifying circuit is developed.The pulse signal with amplitude difference of 10 times is amplified into the pulse signal of double amplitude difference by using the logarithmic volt ampere characteristic of the PN junction of triode.Under specific circumstances,the amplification of high and low energy γ signals is considered,which is convenient for subsequent signal processing.Logarithmic signal processing based on fixed threshold value pulse width by TDC is tested.The effect is good.It can reduce noise interference.
