The study investigates the effect of targeted nursing in operating room in preventing vagal reflex in elderly patients during vascular surgery intervention, and divides 500 patients≥65 years old who receive vascular surgery into control group and observation group according to the order of hospitalization.Control group receive perioperative routine nursing, and observation group receive targeted nursing in operating room based on control group. Then the study compares the incidence of vagal reflex during operation of two groups. The results of comparative analysis show that the incidence of vagal reflex in observation group is significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05);the degree of postoperative pain, depression and anxiety and postoperative nursing satisfaction in the observation group are significantly better than those of control group(P<0.05).This indicates that targeted nursing in the operating room can reduce the incidence of vagal reflex in elderly patients undergoing vascular surgery intervention, reduce their physiological stress response, and alleviate their adverse psychological state.
