In order to explore the impact of fine management on project cost and schedule,the study conducts data analysis with questionnaire survey and SPSS 27.0 software.The results show that there is significant positive correlation between the various dimensions of fine management of construction site,especially the planning and scheduling,quality management and safety management,and the control of project cost and construction period,indicating that optimizing planning and scheduling,improving quality management standards,and strengthening safety management measures can effectively reduce project cost and shorten the construction period.
