摘要
研究需求视角下互联网模式的智慧养老服务,有利于满足老年人的物质生活与精神生活基本需求.对需求内容、互联网模式、智慧养老服务三方面的相关文献进行梳理与归纳,从需求视角出发,以互联网模式的相关理论为基础为智慧养老服务的发展提供政策与实践引导,归纳总结出智慧养老服务面临着供需不匹配、专业人才匮乏两大问题,应从智慧养老服务实体化研究和确立智慧养老服务人才培养体系方面着手,促进智慧养老服务业深入发展.
Abstract
From the perspective of research needs,the intelligent elderly care services of Internet model is conducive to meeting the basic needs of the material life and spiritual life of the elderly.The study combines and summarizes relevant literature on demand content,Internet mode and intelligent elderly care service from the perspective of demand,based on relevant theories of Internet mode;provides political and practical guidance for the development of intelligent elderly care service,and summarizes that smart elderly care service is faced with two major problems:mismatch between supply and demand,and lack of professional talents.It is necessary to start from the research on the substantialization of intelligent elderly care services and the establishment of a intelligent elderly care service talent training system to promote the in-depth development of intelligent elderly care services.
