互联网技术的迅猛进步深刻改变着人们的生活习惯与交往方式,由此延伸出的线上与线下互动模式也越发复杂多样.对2001-2023 年发表在中外核心期刊中有关"'线上-线下'交互"的学术文献进行梳理与分析,从发表趋势与热点演进等方面呈现研究概况,结合重要文献揭示互联网技术发展给社交模式与商业模式带来的创新规律.研究显示,线上-线下交互正成为一种新常态,将持续涉及更多领域的交叉学科合作与创新融合.随着科技的不断发展与社会需求的持续演变,该领域研究正推动更多领域的合作与创新,线上-线下交互将为学术研究的未来发展注入崭新活力.
Abstract
The rapid progress of Internet technology has profoundly changed people's life habits and communication methods.The online-offline interaction modes extended from this have become more complex and diversified.The study combs and analyzes the academic literature on"online-offline interaction"published in core journals in China and abroad from 2001 to 2023,presents the research overview from the aspects of publication trend and hot topic evolution,and reveals the law of innovation brought by the development of Internet technology to social and business models under the combination of the in-depth interpretation of important literature.The study shows that online-offline interaction is becoming a new normal,and cross-disciplinary cooperation and innovative integration will continue to involve more fields.With the continuous development of science and technology,and the continuous evolution of social needs,the research in this field is promoting more cooperation and innovation in the field,and the online-offline interaction will inject new vitality into the future development of academic research.
