西藏高校易班建设现状与发展对策

摘要
易班是信息化时代高校思想政治教育的网络服务平台.为了解西藏高校易班建设现状,对拉萨师范高等专科学校、西藏大学、西藏民族大学的795 名学生进行了问卷调查.结果表明,西藏高校运用易班平台开展教育教学、生活服务及思政教育取得了一定成效,但仍存在一些问题:学生对易班的关注度有待提高、学生使用易班App进行学习的时间较少、易班推送信息的数量与质量有待提高、易班的轻应用功能在学生管理中使用的次数不多、利用易班进行师生互动交流的效果一般、易班App内容不够丰富.应加大宣传与整合力度,提高学生对易班的关注度,拓展完善平台功能满足学生的多样化需求,充分挖掘平台的思政资源,以不断提升网络育人的效果.
Abstract
E-class is the network service platform for college ideological and political education in the information time.In order to know the current situation of e-class in colleges and universities in Tibet,the study does questionnaire survey on 795 students from Lhasa Teachers College,Tibet University and Tibet University for Nationalities.The results show that colleges and universities in Tibet have achieved certain results in using the platform to carry out education,teaching,life services and online ideological and political education.There are also some problems.Students'attention to e-class needs to be improved,students spend less time using e-class App for learning,the quantity and quality of e-class pushing information needs to be improved,the light application function of e-class is not used often in student management,the effect of using e-class for teacher-student interaction is not good,and the content of e-class App is insufficient.It is necessary to strengthen publicity and integration,increase students'attention to e-class,expand and improve the platform functions to meet the diversified needs of students,and fully tap the ideological and political resources of the platform to continuously improve the effect of network education.
