摘要
通过问卷调查法和访谈法对小学教育专业本科生到农村就业的意愿及其影响因素进行分析.结果表明,小学教育专业本科生前往农村就业的意愿不强,未树立正确的农村就业观.大学生选择去农村就业的意愿深受传统就业观念影响,而且很大程度上受父母意愿的影响.为此,学生个人应提高自我认识,树立正确的农村就业观.学生父母应及时转变传统就业观念,合理干预学生就业.学校应加强就业指导教育,积极开展就业指导工作.相关政府部门也应不断改善农村就业环境,加大农村就业政策的宣传力度.
Abstract
The study analyzes the willingness of primary education undergraduates to work in rural areas and its influencing factors with questionnaire survey.The results show that undergraduates majoring in primary education are not willing to work in rural areas,and have not established a correct view of rural employment.The willingness of college students to choose to work in rural areas is deeply influenced by traditional employment concepts,and by their parents'wishes to a large extent.Therefore,students should improve their self-awareness and establish a correct view of rural employment.Students'parents should change the traditional employment concept in time,and reasonably intervene in students'employment.Schools should strengthen employment guidance education,and actively conduct employment guidance work.Relevant government departments should also continuously improve the rural employment environment,and increase the publicity of rural employment policies.
