摘要

为探讨大学生就业决策中职业规划与职场适应能力的影响因素,采用问卷调查法,结合信度检验、描述性统计分析、独立性系数法、相关性分析和线性回归分析等进行数据处理.信度检验验证了问卷在评估职业规划与职场适应能力方面的可靠性,描述性统计反映出大学生对职业规划和职场适应能力的积极态度,具有较高的认知水平和能力.独立性权系数法衡量了影响就业决策各维度的权重,其中个人发展维度的比重最高.相关性分析和线性回归分析结果表明,自我认知与职业规划在1%的显著性水平上影响受访者的适应能力,强调这两个因素在大学生就业决策中的重要性.建议学校和相关管理部门应加强对大学生就业决策中职业规划和职场适应能力的培养与指导,为其提供更全面、个性化的就业辅导服务.

Abstract

In order to explore the influencing factors of career planning and career adaptability of college students in employment decision making,the study conducts questionnaire survey method,and processes data through combining with reliability test,descriptive statistical analysis,independence coefficient method,correlation analysis and linear regression analysis,etc.Reliability test verifies the reliability of the questionnaire in evaluating career planning and career adaptability.Descriptive statistics show that college students have positive attitudes towards career planning and career adaptability,with high cognitive level and ability.The weight of each dimension influencing employment decision is measured with independence coefficient method,among which the personal development dimension has the largest proportion.The results of correlation analysis and linear regression analysis show that self-cognition and career planning affect the adaptability of respondents at a significant level of 1%,emphasizing the importance of these two factors in the employment decision-making of college students.It is suggested that schools and relevant administrative departments should strengthen the training and guidance of college students'career planning and adaptability in employment decision-making,and provide them with more comprehensive and personalized employment counseling services.
