摘要
为提高小学教育专业师范生的职业认同感,随机对某大学小学教育专业的 120 名大学生进行问卷调查,得到有效问卷 114份,问卷有效回收率达95%.调查结果显示,小学教育专业师范生的职业素养和职业认知得分均较高,处于一般符合和比较符合之间,但职业忠诚度相对较低.基于此,应提高小学教育专业师范生的职业素养与认知,加强其职业忠诚度教育,进一步提高其职业认同感,以不断推动小学教育高质量发展.
Abstract
In order to improve the professional identity of primary education majors,and conducts questionnaire survey among 120 college students of primary education major in a university.There are 114 valid questionnaires,and the effective questionnaire recovery rate is 95%.The results of the investigation show that the professional quality and cognition scores of students of primary education major are high,which are between general conformity and relatively conformity,but their career loyalty is relatively low.Based on this,it is necessary to improve the professional quality and cognition of primary education students,strengthen their professional loyalty education,further improve their professional identity,and constantly promote the high-quality development of primary education.
