摘要

随着科技的飞速发展,智能手机在高职院校学生中的普及率不断上升,但随之而来的是学生对手机依赖问题的日益凸显.以高职院校学生为研究对象,探讨团体辅导对改善学生手机依赖的作用.利用 MPAI量表从失控、自我约束、自我效能、逃避四方面测量学生对手机的依赖程度,并利用配对样本t检验对其进行实证分析.研究结果显示,经过团体辅导干预,高职院校学生在各维度上对手机的依赖程度均显著降低,显示出团体辅导对解决手机依赖问题的积极作用.基于此,应深化团体辅导的推广与应用,综合应用多种干预方法,制订个性化干预方案,加强相关宣传与教育,从而进一步改善学生对手机的依赖.

Abstract

With the rapid development of science and technology,the penetration rate of smart phones in higher vocational college students continues to rise,but the problem of students'dependence on mobile phones becomes increasingly prominent.Through taking vocational college students as the research object,the study discusses the effect of group counseling on improving students'dependence on mobile phones;measures students'dependence on mobile phones with MPAI scale from four aspects:loss of control,self-restraint,self-efficacy and escape;and conducts empirical analysis with paired sample t test.The results show that after group counseling intervention,the degree of students'dependence on mobile phones in all dimensions is significantly reduced,indicating the positive effect of group counseling on solving the problem of mobile phone dependence.Based on this,we should deepen the promotion and application of group counseling,comprehensively apply a variety of intervention methods,formulate personalized intervention programs,and strengthen relevant publicity and education,so as to further improve students'dependence on mobile phones.
