大学生感恩与亲社会行为的关系
Study on the Relationship Between Gratitude and Prosocial Behavior in College Students

在搜集与分析大量文献的基础上,借助多维感恩问卷与亲社会行为倾向量表进行调研,利用SPSS 26.0 软件进行数据分析,探索大学生感恩与亲社会行为的关系.研究结果显示,大学生整体感恩情况与其亲社会行为倾向处于中上水平,且其感恩与亲社会行为存在显著正相关关系,即大学生感恩特质越强,亲社会行为越积极.应积极引导大学生形成正确的感恩价值观,培养其具备健康的感恩意识并能践行积极的亲社会行为.
Abstract
On the basis of the collection and analysis of a large number of papers,the study investigates with the multi-dimensional gratitude questionnaire and prosocial behavior tendency scale,and explores the relationship between gratitude and prosocial behavior of college students with SPSS 26.0 software.The results show that the overall gratitude of college students and their prosocial behavior tendency are in the upper middle level.There is significant positive correlation between gratitude and prosocial behavior,i.e.,the stronger the gratitude trait of college students is,the more positive the prosocial behavior is.College students should be guided to form correct values of gratitude,and cultivate healthy sense of gratitude and practice positive prosocial behaviors.
