高校辅导员思政育人能力评价体系的构建研究

高校辅导员是大学生思想政治教育的关键力量,其思政育人能力是辅导员队伍建设和高校思政工作开展的重要保障.通过分析高校辅导员在思政育人中的角色定位发现,辅导员在高校思政教育工作中承担着思政知识传承者、校园舆论监督者、思政价值传播者等不同角色.利用德尔菲法建立了4 个一级指标、16 个二级指标的高校辅导员思政育人能力评价指标体系,从思政素养、教学能力、职业道德、思政运用等四方面对辅导员的思政育人能力进行评价.一级指标中,思政素养和思政运用2 个指标所占权重较大.二级指标中,政治信仰、思想道德、思政教学设计、思政教学内容等指标所占权重较高.
Abstract
College counselors are the key force of ideological and political education of college students.The evaluation of their ideological and political education ability is an important guarantee for the construction of college counselors and the development of ideological and political work.The study analyzes the role orientation of college counselors in ideological and political education.It is found that counselors play different roles in ideological and political education,such as inheritor of ideological and political knowledge,supervisor of campus public opinion and disseminators of ideological and political values,etc.Based on Delphi method,the study establishes the evaluation index system of college counselors'ideological and political education ability,including 4 first-level indexes and 16 second-level indexes;evaluates counselor's ideological and political education ability from ideological and political accomplishment,teaching ability,professional ethics,ideological and political application.Among the first-level indicators,ideological and political literacy and application of the two indicators of greater weight.Among the second-level indicators,political belief,ideology and morality,ideological and political teaching design,ideological and political teaching content and other indicators weights higher.
