摘要
为了解基于数据分析的田径训练质量评价并进行相应改进,借助文献研读与问卷调查法开展相关分析,收集运动员和教练的意见和建议.由信度检验可知,问卷具有较好的稳定性和信服力.通过描述性统计发现,受访者对田径训练质量的评价较高,但个体间存在一定的差异性.为进行因子分析,对问卷进行KMO检验和Bartlett球形度检验,两项检验的结果均表明,各变量间存在相关性,适合进行因子分析.通过主成分分析对多个变量进行综合考虑,得到训练方案设计、技术指导、营养保障3 个主成分,它们的累计方差解释率达到了86.210%,较好地反映了受访者的关注点,可以从这几方面加强数据分析的应用,提高训练的针对性和效果.
Abstract
In order to know the quality evaluation of track and field training based on data analysis and make corresponding improvement,the study conducts relevant analysis,and collects opinions and suggestions of athletes and coaches with literature study and questionnaire survey.The reliability test shows that the questionnaire has good stability and convincing force.Descriptive statistics show that respondents have high evaluation of track and field training quality,but there are some differences among individuals.The study performs KMO test and Bartlett sphericity with factor analysis.The results of two tests show that there is indeed correlation among the variables,which is suitable for factor analysis.Based on the comprehensive consideration of multiple variables through principal component analysis,the three principal components:training scheme design,technical guidance and nutrition guarantee,are obtained.Their cumulative variance explanation rate reaches 86.210%,which better reflects the concerns of respondents.Therefore,the application of data analysis can be strengthened from these aspects to improve the pertinence and effect of training.
