摘要
随着互联网的高速发展,数字技术已成为高校教育管理的重要组成部分.以互联网的高速发展为研究背景、高校学生数字化管理为主线设计相关调查问卷,运用描述性统计分析、回归模型、满意度均值计算等方法对问卷调查结果进行统计分析.结果表明,八成以上的受访者认为高校辅导员、教职工及高校需要提高数字化能力.二成以上的受访者认为现阶段的数字化管理平台解决问题的效果还有待加强.基于此,高校应加强数字化基础设施建设,提高数字化系统功能的完备性.同时,应加强对教师的数字化水平培训,提升高校数字化应用水平.
Abstract
With the rapid development of the Internet,digital technology has become an important part of college education management.The study conducts investigation questionnaire with the rapid development of the Internet as the research background and the digital management of college students as the main line,and statistically analyzes the results of the questionnaire with descriptive statistical analysis,regression model,and average satisfaction calculation,etc.The results show that more than 80 percent of the respondents believe that college counselors,faculty and universities need to improve their digital capabilities.More than 20 percent of the respondents believe that the current digital management platform needs to be strengthened in solving problems.Based on this,universities should strengthen the construction of digital infrastructure,and improve the completeness of digital system functions.At the same time,we should strengthen the training of teachers'digital level,and improve the level of digital application in colleges and universities.
