摘要
通过分析2022-2023 年8 月的就业市场数据发现人工智能领域的就业机遇和挑战.研究结果显示,随着人工智能技术的快速发展,特别是在智能驾驶系统工程师、算法工程师及图像识别/计算机视觉等专业领域的就业平台广阔、岗位需求旺盛、人才需求量大、就业市场前景广阔.同时,人工智能的普及也带来了就业环境、社会需求和技能需求的变化,如银行出纳员及相关文员、邮政服务文员、收银员和票务员等岗位将会消失或发生根本性变化.这些发现不仅揭示了人工智能时代就业市场的动态变化,也强调了个人和教育体系需要不断适应新技术发展需求,以培养出能够满足未来需求的技能型人才,充分把握就业机遇并应对挑战.
Abstract
The study analyzes the job market data from 2022 to August,2023,and finds that the employment opportunities and challenges in artificial intelligence presenting.The results show that with the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology,especially in professional fields,such as intelligent driving system engineers,algorithm engineers and image recognition/computer vision,there is a broad employment platform,strong job demand,large talent demand and rich job market.The popularization of artificial intelligence has also brought about changes in the employment environment,social needs and skill needs.Bank tellers and related clerks,postal service clerks,cashiers and ticket clerks,etc.will disappear or undergo fundamental changes.These findings have not only shed light on the dynamics of the job market in the age of AI,but also highlighted the importance of individuals and education systems constantly adapting to new technologies,so as to produce skilled people who can meet the demands of the future,and take full advantage of employment opportunities and meet challenges.
